Friedman also recently hired Mark Matchett, Vice President of Investment & Loan Sales – Florida. Matchett has been working in investment real estate since 1999, and has significant experience liquidating REO assets for banks and special servicers in the Florida market. He has brokered thousands of acres of land for development, and is known as one of the top REO brokers in Florida.
