Friedman Maintenance Technicians Complete OSHA Certification

This certification provides the training and education to prevent or recognize, safety and/or health-related hazards that might occur in the workplace. This training not only helps us mitigate risk but also demonstrates to our tenants and clients that our employees are competent and capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards within the workplace. Friedman remains committed to providing our maintenance personnel with continual training and knowledge-based education to enhance their capabilities in the field. We take our workplace safety initiative very seriously and have taken the steps to secure certification through MIOSHA.
